    Come sew with us! We'll be starting a new project and learning new techniques. The materials list will be sent to you on registration so you can be be prepared for the first class. Beginners are welcome!

    PM POUND

    Tuesday evenings 7 pm to 8 pm (continuous)

    Thursday evenings 6 pm to 7 pm (continuous)

    POUND is a full body cardio jam session combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming using lightly-weighted drumsticks called RIPSTIX (TM). POUND combines easy to follow (and not complex or embarassing) cardio moves with strength training and drumming. This combo works the body and raises the heart rate to a fat-burning zone. Join certified POUND PRO instructor, Gretchen Combs in perfect workout to help you reach your fitness and health goals for 2017!

    Yoga

    Low-Intensity & Intermediate Levels

    Join certified yoga instructor Meygen Green for our low-intensity yoga and/or intermediate advanced yoga. Join anytime! Bring a mat and wear loose-fitting clothing

    Fee: $8 per class; $30 for 5 classes or $50 for 10 classes

    Low-Intensity Yoga
    Low-intensity yoga focuses on performing basic yoga postures. All levels of ability are welcome. The class includes 45 minutes of yoga stretches and 15 minutes of relaxation and meditation.
    Who: Adults and Teens (younger kids accompanied by adult)
    When: Wednesdays - 7 pm - 8 pm
    Location: Collegy Drive Presbyterian Church
    2 West High Street, New Concord

    Intermediate Yoga Students in the intermediate yoga improve on postures and meditation techniques learned in low-intensity yoga. Stretches last longer and poses are perfected. Some yoga experience is needed.
    Who: Adults and Teens (younger kids accompanied by adult)
    When: Mondays - 7pm - 8:15 pm; Jan. 4 through May 23
